In misty London, he crossed the Abbey Road zebra crossing without even taking a photo for the ‘Gram. He munched on roasted nuts by Tower Bridge. He hoped, he watched the sky, but he still stayed dry.

Botanicals

In our distillate, we use only ingredients of exceptional quality and verified origin – such as those from the Institute for Medicinal Plant Research „Dr. Josif Pančić.“

The juniper, which serves as the foundation of every distillate, originates from two regions of Serbia – Stara Planina and Zlatar – and we purchase it exclusively from small local suppliers.

An uncompromising approach to ingredient selection gives us absolute control over every detail, resulting in an authentic character and the flawless quality of the final distillate.

Beside the ingredients we distill, we have directed great attention toward the water used in our production.

For this reason, we decided that for the final product, we will use only water of the highest quality – sourced from the slopes of Fruška Gora and purified through a series of processes, including reverse osmosis.

distillation

Our gin is born in copper stills after extended maceration, in small, controlled batches. This slow, almost ritualistic distillation process allows us to precisely isolate the „heart“ of the distillate.

What makes our gin different is that we do not filter it, ensuring we preserve the full richness of its flavor and aroma.

For this reason, the gin may sometimes appear slightly cloudy when chilled or mixed – this is the result of a high concentration of essential oil components in the distillate and proof of its premium quality.
